With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit operations, administration, and 501(c)(3) compliance, Wael Haidar brings a practical, hands-on perspective to the work behind mission-driven organizations. His experience spans financial management, organizational systems, technology, communications, and the day-to-day infrastructure that allows nonprofits to operate effectively and grow.
With a background that combines management, technical expertise, and extensive experience working across cultures and communities, Wael understands that strong nonprofit work requires more than a great mission. It requires the right systems, processes, and support behind it.
That is why he founded Elevate Consultancy: to give nonprofits access to the operational expertise they need without the cost of building an entire team in-house. Elevate helps organizations spend less time managing the details and more time creating the impact they exist to achieve.
